Our first principle is to promote and protect healthy environments for people to work in; our second is not to harm the local, regional, or global environments in which we all live and work.

If you have a Green Cleaning Policy, or wish to develop one as part of your effort to seek certification with LEED-EB (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Existing Buildings), then your values and ours align, and we’d be happy to assist you in meeting those standards.

Wherever we can, we have replaced conventional cleaning products, procedures, and equipment, with green resources and processes that have been subjected to rigorous testing and certification with such organizations as Green Seal and EcoLogo.

CCS has a full Green Cleaning Policy that we share with our customers, and with prospective customers through the RFP process.
