Commercial Cleaning Services is currently certified with the Cleaning Industry Management Standards (CIMS)  to assure you of quality service through third-party assessment.

Our Quality Plan describes the supervision, inspection, and electronic scoring reports by which we give you our assurance of quality. CCS implements three levels of supervision and inspection:

  • Account Managers make routine visits to sites and are available at a moments notice
  • Our Area Managers make formal scheduled inspections
  • Our Supervisors inspect sites most frequently and “on the ground.”

Our Account Managers work with you to set the parameters of quality service, and they are your key CCS management contact.

Our Account Managers and Health & Safety Manager do scheduled inspections, and use our formal Quality Inspection Report – an Excel file we share with you that produces an actual “score” for the site. They also prepare Quality Improvement Plans when those are needed.

Our Supervisors are on site weekly at minimum, and complete inspections and check site log books. The Supervisor’s report tells our cleaners where they have done well, and where they need to improve.
